“65-year-old retired gentleman. I had Hannah as my Go to person for picking out a new phone and changing from cricket to T-Mobile. Very helpful very knowledgeable very understanding of my limitations not knowing technical stuff as well as the younger people do. Was very pleased from start to finish, Hannah did not try to push me to cheap or too expensive. She listen to my needs, and figured out what I needed and I ended up with an apple 15. She set everything up for me and everything worked perfectly all I had to do when I got back home was to re-establish my passwords with Bank, credit cards, etc. because of the new phone was not recognized. Very easy to do though. Thanks again to Hannah for the great job you did. T-Mobile should be very proud of her and hopefully have more employees just like her. She is a great asset to your company. Lately, I have been shopping on line and using the drive up delivery service. As soon as you place your order, Target works fast to put everything together. “The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.”
