“I went to this Verizon store to upgrade my Motorola phone that I had had for 5 years. Theodore took the time to show me which phone was best for me and which plan was best for me. He was very professional and helpful.Theodore downloaded everything off my old phone onto my new phone. He also showed me some of the great features of my new Motorola edge Plus. He then help me sync my new Motorola edge Plus to my car's bluetooth. He mentioned several times and if I needed help or if I had any questions that I could call the store or come in and they would be glad to help.I would highly recommend this Verizon store and Theodore. Great customer service!”

When you call, you only have two options, not a nested menu of options that take time to work through. Option 1 is help if the service is down or you're having problems and option 2 is all other issues. “I was really having day with people giving me bad customer service. But let me tell you this when I walk in to this Boost Mobil store, I felt the customer service coming in the door. Nayeli was sweet and warm. She was trying her best to make my day, and she did. When I say Nayeli did her job, she did so much more. I wanted to give her a big bear hug. She gave me some water and some tissue it was not a good time, people can be so mean and nasty for what reason. Nayeli took the time out her day to walk me through everything step by step. What ever that I did not know she explain it to me till I understood it, that was so big for me, I was blown away with that. “65-year-old retired gentleman. I had Hannah as my Go to person for picking out a new phone and changing from cricket to T-Mobile. Very helpful very knowledgeable very understanding of my limitations not knowing technical stuff as well as the younger people do. Was very pleased from start to finish, Hannah did not try to push me to cheap or too expensive. She listen to my needs, and figured out what I needed and I ended up with an apple 15. She set everything up for me and everything worked perfectly all I had to do when I got back home was to re-establish my passwords with Bank, credit cards, etc. because of the new phone was not recognized.
