“65-year-old retired gentleman. I had Hannah as my Go to person for picking out a new phone and changing from cricket to T-Mobile. Very helpful very knowledgeable very understanding of my limitations not knowing technical stuff as well as the younger people do. Was very pleased from start to finish, Hannah did not try to push me to cheap or too expensive. She listen to my needs, and figured out what I needed and I ended up with an apple 15. She set everything up for me and everything worked perfectly all I had to do when I got back home was to re-establish my passwords with Bank, credit cards, etc. because of the new phone was not recognized. Very easy to do though. Thanks again to Hannah for the great job you did. T-Mobile should be very proud of her and hopefully have more employees just like her. She is a great asset to your company. When you call, you only have two options, not a nested menu of options that take time to work through. Option 1 is help if the service is down or you're having problems and option 2 is all other issues. Then a very short notice that the call is recorded.When you talk to a person, they're always friendly and helpful. I recommend Wyyerd to anyone looking to purchase or change internet providers.”
