“I thought I needed the charging port replaced on my Galaxy S22, so I called a few places for quotes. Not only was iPhoenix Cellphone & Repair about half the price of everyone else, he was also the only one that asked questions about the issue and surmised that all I probably needed was a cleaning. He suggested I bring it in for him to take a quick look. I brought the phone in, and 20 minutes later it was charging perfectly again for a grand total of $25. Couldn't have been a nicer experience. Granted, the neighborhood didn't seem super safe, but that's probably what lets him keep prices low. Would definitely recommend.”

“A few weeks ago my husbands phone all of a sudden wanted a password when initially my husband never set one up. After searching various uTube clips we just could not figure this problem out. I suggested we go to Cellairis inside Walmart in Surprise due to I myself had a great experience with them on another issue in the past.We met Miko who was a godsend! “I was really having day with people giving me bad customer service. But let me tell you this when I walk in to this Boost Mobil store, I felt the customer service coming in the door. Nayeli was sweet and warm. She was trying her best to make my day, and she did. When I say Nayeli did her job, she did so much more. I wanted to give her a big bear hug.
