Upfront honesty is what I got and didn't have to pay out of pocket as it was still under warranty and based on damage Samsung covers the repair. I highly recommend coming here if you have a Samsung or even other brands and don't go to those other private locations as what they quoted me was absurd.This place contracts with Samsung and won't make take a dime if it's covered”
