“Looked around online they had the most stars so i called, told them what was going on w my phone! (Touch screen wasnt working) they told me if i booked an apt online i could save $20! It was easy & they had same day times! Waited a little over a hr! Got ice cream next door came back to my phone working & even gave me a discount on a screen protector! He was very understanding & helpful! It was less than $150 for everything! Diagnosis, repair & protector! It could have been cheaper too! “I have a vintage stereo receiver that needed service and contacted Melrose TV VCR & Stereo Repair to see if it was something they could work on. Richard enthusiastically replied that he could and I brought it to him the next day. I told him the problem and he let me know that it would be a week before he could look at it, but that he'd call and give me a quote before starting the repair. A week later Richard called with a quote and I gave him the OK to go ahead. A week after that and he called to let me know it was done. From those conversations and our chat when I picked up the receiver I could tell that Richard has a passion for his work, and it showed in the final result. The receiver works better than ever! “In today’s day and age nothing worth while is free. The exception is CSA computers and their staff. I have never been so satisfied with the service and just all around caring for their clients. I was in a literal panic due to a Laptop issue I was having while trying to sign in for work. Instead of insisting I come to them and pay a fee just to get it looked at they reviewed a couple options to try to remedy the problem myself. It worked and they advised me on ways to fix the issue so it won’t happen again. This is so rare now a days to give great advice and ask for nothing in return. Thank you”

But he does offer the option to pay more for an expedited fee. I brought in my 1974 Toshiba turntable and he brought it back to life. Excellent work!”

“I needed a new battery for my 2 year-old SUV. I called the local car dealer where I bought the vehicle and the earliest service appointment was in 6 or 7 days. Plus, the battery I needed was currently not in stock. The service manager suggested I check with Costco and BatteriesPlus. Costco also did not have the battery, but my favorite BatteriesPlus store did! Michael took my call and he put my name on the battery. When I came to buy the battery, around 90 minutes after my phone call, Sheila helped me through the purchase process and then showed me, in detail, how to install the new battery. I have gone to this BatteriesPlus store for many years and have asked for help with some pretty bizarre battery needs. This team has never let me down! Thank you!”
