“Found this shop looking for unique t-shirts for my nephew for X-mas. It looked a little like a 80's head shop from the outside but when you go through the door you realize what an absolute cornucopia of treasures it is. Everywhere I looked (and it is considerabley larger than it appears from outside) there was something to interest literally everyone. First I had an 'seasoned' man (nice way to say almost as old as me) help me but when telling him what the nephew listened to (by mimicry not name) he directed me to a young lady behind the counter who made some great suggestions based on the limited information I provided. I am planning to go back for some great classic rock t-shirts for my brother's birthday and have been sending customers their way from several age groups and music genres. Like I said this shop literally has things to interest darn near everyone.”

“Really nice western wear. Very expensive though. Shirts are $35 or more and pants are $60 or more. The workers were very pushy and wanted me to buy several pairs of pants. With how expensive they are I could only buy one. But they asked several times if I was sure I didn’t want to buy more.”

“So thankful to have found this store! They have wonderful and unique gift options. This is a great place to go to find a gift or something nice for yourself. Locally made art and jewelry, a huge variety of teas (some I had never even seen before), candles and cute clothing options too. Nothing is overpriced either, very reasonable pricing. I found everything I needed for a friends birthday, even got a beautiful handmade gift bag to put it all in. The owner was absolutely lovely and helped me put the gift together. The whole store smells amazing, and they also had great music playing too ?I will definitely be returning!!”

“This morning I had an appointment in the area of Dana Park and visited this store out of curiosity. I will admit, I'd never heard of this brand. I'm from Alaska and the styles I shop for are a little more outdoorsy. :-) There was 1 service person, her name is Val, and the way she took care of the different people and their needs was like a symphony. It was so Seemless. No matter what she had going on or who she was ringing up, she still helped me find the sizes I needed, advised against items that didn't fit me well, made other suggestions, even mentioned that 1 item I had was redundant and wasn't needed. What customer service person do you know who tells you not to purchase something because it looks too much like an item you already have? She gained my complete trust. Additionally, although the store is typically a little out of my comfort spending, the 40% off deals are on some beautiful items. The clothing from my limited exposure seem to be great quality and wrinkle free. Lastly, the music played during my visit, truly took me back. I went from a stressful medical appointment to the most relaxing shopping experience in quite some time. I was happy to spend money in that store. I felt I got great value in my purchases and above all, curtesy and Respect from Val & Nanette. Let me just say from my heart, shopping while Black isn't always a pleasant experience. Today it was! Thanks Val & Nanette, you ladies Rock!”

“Amazing amazing service!! I cannot stress how much I've enjoyed my latest transaction with this store and Van's as a whole company. We went in Monday and bought our two boys new shoes. But the next day our youngest had his ankles scuffed open, which then stabbed over. I reached out to Van's customer service via chat, and was immediately made aware that they would accept the return from us, even as one day worn shoes. But I made sure to let them know, we simply wanted an exchange because we love this company's clothing and shoes. The service representative told me to simply take it back to the store we bought it from and should they give us any trouble to give them a call.We just left the store, and had hands down the best service from LOGAN AND SARAH AT THE VANS STORE INSIDE SUPERSTITION SPRINGS MALL IN MESA, AZ. “This store is the best! I was searching all over online for a certain Old West frock coat (the "Tombstone coat" by Frontier Classics) and Wild West Mercantile had my size in stock for a better price than I saw elsewhere (and besides most of those places didn't have my size in stock). I'm a retired non-tech-savvy person and the woman who answered the phone at Wild West Mercantile was super helpful and walked me through the online ordering process. Shipping was very reasonable and I got the coat much faster than I anticipated. When the coat arrived I was very impressed with the quality. The fabric has a quality soft feel that I wouldn't have expected at that price, and the tailoring/workmanship was perfect. Five stars! The coat is actually for a character I'll be doing (who was originally played by Jeff Daniels, who got an Emmy for the role) in case you're wondering about the strange outfit I'm wearing the Tombstone coat with.”
