“Found this shop looking for unique t-shirts for my nephew for X-mas. It looked a little like a 80's head shop from the outside but when you go through the door you realize what an absolute cornucopia of treasures it is. Everywhere I looked (and it is considerabley larger than it appears from outside) there was something to interest literally everyone. First I had an 'seasoned' man (nice way to say almost as old as me) help me but when telling him what the nephew listened to (by mimicry not name) he directed me to a young lady behind the counter who made some great suggestions based on the limited information I provided. I am planning to go back for some great classic rock t-shirts for my brother's birthday and have been sending customers their way from several age groups and music genres. Like I said this shop literally has things to interest darn near everyone.”

“I wish we had gone here right off the bat. We went to several department stores before coming here and It was very frustrating. We couldn't find anything what my son was looking for. Pomeroys seemed to take the stress away. It had everything my son needed. The sales man was very informative on what clothing that would best suit him to where he was going.They also tailored his pants to fit him to a tee. My son also said they had the most comfortable dress shirts he has ever owned. I highly recommend!!! Great service!”

“Really nice western wear. Very expensive though. Shirts are $35 or more and pants are $60 or more. The workers were very pushy and wanted me to buy several pairs of pants. With how expensive they are I could only buy one. But they asked several times if I was sure I didn’t want to buy more.”

“The gentleman at the counter was very very helpful as well as the person on the phone. I am not technologically savvy at all and do not know how to convert things into files I simply showed them pictures off the internet they downloaded it did whatever they needed to do and I walked out with the custom sweatshirt in less than 30 minutes. I am sure if I had the files ready to go it would have been half that time but I appreciate the immense help and the quick work and the fair price”

“Amazing amazing service!! I cannot stress how much I've enjoyed my latest transaction with this store and Van's as a whole company. We went in Monday and bought our two boys new shoes. But the next day our youngest had his ankles scuffed open, which then stabbed over. I reached out to Van's customer service via chat, and was immediately made aware that they would accept the return from us, even as one day worn shoes. But I made sure to let them know, we simply wanted an exchange because we love this company's clothing and shoes. The service representative told me to simply take it back to the store we bought it from and should they give us any trouble to give them a call.We just left the store, and had hands down the best service from LOGAN AND SARAH AT THE VANS STORE INSIDE SUPERSTITION SPRINGS MALL IN MESA, AZ. They exchanged the shoes immediately and made sure we were taken care of. I am beyond thankful for this amazing company. Thank you to everyone at Van's. We are going to be forever supporters of this brand. ?”

“Kendall was amazing!!!! I loath clothes shopping. But I had lost a decent amount of weight (28lbs in 6-7 weeks thanks to being on Lexapro lol) and needed to finally just go and buy new jeans. I've always loved name brand exchange because they have high end jeans for the fraction of the price. Low n behold I ended up buying 4 jeans and 2 shirts for about $75. When I explained to Kendall why I hate clothes shopping she was such a sweetheart and helped me shop and find great jeans, 4 pairs to be exact . Kendall needs a pay raise for sure”
