“Love my Salt lamp & the Salt Puffer!! The Salt Lady is a very nice.& very knowledgeable regarding all things Himalayan salt. I purchased a large dark lamp & it is beautiful. I also bought a Salt Puffer.+ I've heard that these lamps emit negative ions which add oxygen into the air. Not sure if this is true so I did a test with my finger oximeter. Normally my oxygen blood level is 98 &.it has never gone higher. So I sat on my bed which is about six feet away from the lamp & just did some deep diaphragmatic breathing with my lamp on. After only five or ten breaths my oxygen level went to 99 & stayed there with continued deep breathing. Same was true using the Salt Puffer So if you want more oxygen in your body, you can't go wrong with these two! I keep the lamp on 24/7 for continuous benefits Not sure if it's helping me sleep better. I think I'm sleeping more, but it's hard to tell as I'm dealing with night time pain issues which wake me up. I'm happy with my purchases & delighted with my new friend--The Salt lady! She also added some extras which was nice & greatly appreciated. She also ships fast & packages well.”

They had some interesting items as well as more basic. The pop art car bar was tempting but I don't have a spot for it. Easy parking.”
