“I love Dee’s Dancewear they have super cute stuff and are always so helpful! My only complaint is that it’s sooo pricey.. I have 2 girls and I bought 2 tap shoes, 1 ballet shoes, 2 leotards ( one had an attached skirt for my little one and a lacey fabric Leo for my teen) and 2 pink tights it came out to $350. Other than that it’s good.”

“Megan is absolutely amazing. I never realized after 25 years I was wearing my bras wrong. ?!?! She sized me perfectly and help me find exactly what I needed. Their prices are about the same as Victoria’s Secret but you’re gonna get 3 to 5 years of wear out of it. They’re not made for just looking cute. They’re made for looking cute and genuine, day-to-day comfort. If you come here, stop by and talk to Megan if you have any questions on what size bra you wear or what they can do to get you comfortable I promise you he will not be disappointed your shoulder will thank you later.”

“Went to buy some summer outfits for my Granddaughter who wears a size 2T. Everything is cute. Adorable. Full of fun colors, but nothing matches! You find a cute shirt w/pink, yellow & orange in it, but there aren't shorts in the same shade of pink. Same thing for yellow. They have a butter yellow & a sort of maize yellow. No just plain, sunshine happy yellow. And there aren't any orange shorts at all.Then they have sweet little patterned shorts in a variety of colors & styles, but most don't have a complimentary shirt to match. I think I only found 2-3 solid colored t-shirts, but was only able to match one of them to a couple pairs of shorts.We have purchased so many adorable separates always telling ourselves that we'll have something at home that will match it, but we never do. From now on, unless we find it deeply clearanced we're only going to buy matching sets.Speaking of clearance, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE finding things for $1.97, $1.47, .97¢ & even .47¢!!! I buy clothes for kids I don't even have, hoping that I'll run into someone one day that's the right size for the clothes I've already bought. So much fun! As a side note, many of the regular priced items are priced ridiculously high. I would never pay what they were asking. Not even if it were on sale.Had a good time though, spending $22.00!!”

“One of the best thrift stores I’ve ever been in. Everyone was really nice, it was clean. The selection of clothes was excellent. The only downside is that is the most tightly packed thrift store I’ve been in. Which isn’t bad, it’s just hard to see the clothes because you can barely move them on the rack. The prices are also super reasonable. I expected everything I bought to be more expensive.”

Employees were very helpful, and the older man that helped me was nice to offer some suggestions for must-have gifts as I wasn't sure of what the gift recipient had already. Lots of items, snacks, clothing, gear, coffee/water bottles and much more...also if you're looking for a gift, their $30 membership seems legit.”

I shop here and online all the time, am a Level 3 (out of 3) rewards member on their app, and overall have had wonderful customer service experiences so far.....This isn't so much a complaint but just to make others aware (as well as a genuine suggestion to management)....If you have any strong perfume or any "smell" at all when trying on their clothes at home expect a bit of pushback and embarrassment when attempting a return.I went to return an item I had bought less than a week ago because I didn't like the fit of the sweater. Hadn't worn it out, hadn't washed it, nothing. Literally tried it on and took it off at home.To be fair, however, I didn't have the tags on because I have a bad habit of immediately taking them off and tossing them as soon as I get home. That is MY bad and own it.**However** I've returned an item without the tags to this store once before and they were super understanding, stating it wasn't a problem so long as I had the original receipt, which I've always had. So I didn't think this time would be any different.Well, this time the manager was called over and said, "Since it doesn't have the tag- and I don't mean to embarass you- but since it also has a smell, I can't return it".I was immediately taken off guard by the "smell" comment so I responded, "What kind of smell?" Because without context that could be taken quite offensively. She responded saying, "It smells as though its been washed".I picked it up, held it to my nose, and it literally smelt like nothing. No scent, good or bad. And perhaps this is nitpicky but the manager was wearing a mask (which I appreciate of course) but the item was nowhere near her nose and she wasn't even holding it (I wasn't wearing a mask btw- vaccinated).I kindly explained I didn't smell anything and I hadn't washed it, just tried it on at home, but she said she couldn't do it. So I then asked if I could at least exchange it as I shop at Aerie all the time (I was literally wearing another sweater that said "AERIE" in huge letters, lol) and she agreed. I do appreciate her at least being willing to do an exchange.This is where I have a genuine suggestion for the staff/store/company. Please decide on a policy, and determine across the board whether it is or is not acceptable to complete a return without tags. This situation could have been avoided altogether, really, if so.Oh, and also, it is probably best to at least wait until the customer is out of the store before you start talking about them. I overheard the same manager telling another employee at normal volume, and in a disgusted voice that "it smelled of citrus" when they didn't think I was nearby. The other employee responded, "Ugh, really?"This left such a bad taste in my mouth. When they saw me they scattered, and I was embarassed and felt rushed to choose something so I could just leave*.*Lesson learned: I will definitely keep the tags on the item this time and be sure to have ZERO perfume, freshly washed hair, or even oranges, apparently, around me when trying anything on.... ;)Overall, I get it and am mostly understanding. I've worked retail and I've worked managerial positions in retail. I get return policies and I get that people do things to be shady and falsify returns, hence some pushback. I'm not necessarily upset I couldn't do the return (it being tagless and all), I just would appreciate better storewide consistency on policies as well as a bit more tact from employees when discussing customers amongst themselves.Hence.... 4/5 stars. I will still shop here in the future, however, and would still recommend their clothing. :)”

They might as well work for shein being exposed to this. Hope they have good health insurance. Google it, how being exposed to toxic air like this damages your lungs and brain check with mayo. “This store is awesome. I visited from out of town and accidentally bought the wrong size. They allowed me to ship the product back and exchanged it at no cost. They covered the shipping charges to get the correct product to me. The sales staff actually took the time to send me pictures of multiple different items so I could pick the one I wanted to exchange for. I was particularly impressed with the selection of boots, which had a variety of styles and sizes to choose from. “Great experience at this place. I was greeted right away and had five pairs of jeans that I loved in a very short amount of time. I'm at that age that I hate shopping for clothes, especially in a mall. I know what type of jeans I want and I can ever seem to find them anywhere but the Buckle. Jeans can cost a bit more here versus some places but I feel the quality and durability are well worth it. They helped me find the jeans I wanted and found solutions for the jeans that were not available in my size.”
