5 stars for associate Ericka who assisted my boyfriend and I in adding a new line, switching over from another carrier, and purchasing a new phone. None of that process is ever quick or easy, but Ericka expertly answered all our questions and made everything as painless as possible.

Exceptional knowledge and service. We have used this store for Verizon purchases for the past few years and they constantly EXCEED expectations.
