“Colinsia was serving us and was severely helpful in every way possible, very helpful and hospitable with getting a new phone and switch lines and numbers. Made sure that we were helped every step along the way when needing to switch numbers and transferring iCloud. Was there for 45 to an hour and didn’t feel rushed at all.”

Service was polite and friendly but a little off in terms of timing and skill (entrees arrived about thirty seconds after soup was served - we had asked for soups to be served prior to entrees. Too many interruptive questions about whether we needed anything/ were enjoying our meals. Sloppy wine pour - several drops on the table with each glass.) I'll go back again because I love the food and the vibe and I believe the service will improve with experience.”

“This review is for Alec, the brightest and kindest person ever! We came in at 7:10 and there was a line to talk to sales people. Once he was available around 7:40 (closing time is 8), he still helped us purchase our iPhones. We had issues and he stayed late continuing to help us, and even went above and beyond to resolve a technical issue we had on Apple for yeaaaars. Alec for president ??He was just sooo friendly and helpful, there’s nothing he didn’t know! We appreciate you!!!”

“I was in the area for TDay and needed a COVID booster and this Target CVS was the closest with the Pfizer vax so I scheduled an appt. A relative told me the store had security due to the area but was safe which made me a bit nervous at first. Well... when I arrived, this store was no different than any other Target I've ever shopped at - lots of open, safe parking. I didn't see or feel the need for security. The pharmacy ROCKED! They were SUPER NICE, VERY ORGANIZED, and they gave me a $5 coupon to use in the store. The store was well stocked, clean and organized. I did ask someone in the toy dept for help and they told me to find someone else because they didn't work in that area (looked to be filling online orders but could have been nicer). It was challenging to find help in the store but is this really different from other stores at the moment with staff shortages? Anyway, when I finished my Christmas list later in the day, I did drive up at another Target which was WAY easier than looking the aisles. The woman working self checkout was very helpful and I was happy to use that $5 coupon! I'd go back!”

There was no wait and the team spent the time needed to be patient with our kids as they selected colors and attempted to remember passwords. The team step by step worked with our family on ensuring all the old phone data seamlessly transferred to our new phones. They also made sure all our discounts were applied and were very transparent on price and the best deals. Felt like they were working for me not some quarterly sales quota.
