“We have been purchasing appliances from Grand for almost 20 years. Our recent visit to the showroom on Burleigh was consistent with other experiences. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for, 'front load washers and dryers'. She explained where they were and she would have someone help us shortly. Within a couple of minutes Kevin greeted us and proceeded to answer our questions and explain some of the newest features. After narrowing it down to two we decided on the GE 5.0 cu ft front load steam washer and dryer in graphite (very sexy looking machines I might add). Since our dryer was out of commission it was reassuring to know that they could deliver them on Tuesday (it was Saturday). We needed delivery, setup and our old appliances disposed of properly. We were in and out in about an hour. I Received a text on Monday confirming Tuesdays delivery time and Tuesday morning the big white truck was in front of my house. Jose and his associate came in our house assessed the situation and got right to work. They were professional, thorough and respectful. Grand is a Midwest owned company and has a warehouse in Sturtevant which makes for a quick turn around on many appliances. Their prices have always been competitive and I will continue to purchase from Grand.”

“Know a guy who went in to purchase a 4K blu ray and left with an AV receiver due to the sales reps (lack of) knowledge. Once it was hooked up could not get the DVD in obviously. Accompanied to exchange for Blu Ray player and the experience was flawless. knowledgeable floor guy this time and easy transaction at the customer service desk. Great staff friendly and clean environment. Would recommend this location!”

Self check out is pretty much the same you'll find at other locations. Packed and short staffed. Expect to Spend some time.”

“Went in to have my iPhone 14 Pro Max serviced/repaired and it was an absolute phenomenal experience there. Customer service was top notch for me. Second I walked in I was immediately helped and when I went to the Genius Bar to have my diagnostics/assessment done the technician (I think he said his name was Art) was super knowledgeable about everything and is a super hard worker. He was helping me and another guest at the same time and was moving fast while still maintaining great conversation. Talking sports and a bunch of other things made time flyby there and would love to comeback here again if I ever have any issues with my apple products.”

There was no wait and the team spent the time needed to be patient with our kids as they selected colors and attempted to remember passwords. The team step by step worked with our family on ensuring all the old phone data seamlessly transferred to our new phones.
