I first talked with Fernando over the phone, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. My in store experience with Maddy was wonderful, everything was done in a timely matter and Maddy was very professional.

My husband and I went to cellular one in waunakee and we were amazed after visiting the dells us cellular. Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. He transferred everyone the new phone.
