“Went a bit technologically nutty this Christmas season, so I had to stop in three separate times in the past couple weeks.Yes, the wait can be long. And yes, once you sit down at a desk, US Cellular seems to require an unholy number of clicks to do what seems like a simple task. But the staff here (and I feel like I’ve met everyone) are phenomenally pleasant.
