He quickly fixed my phone and then also helped me update my account info since it had some old addresses and inaccurate info. It was such a relief to have it fixed and it was a great process overall. “Haley Johnson went above and beyond and knows her job inside and out . She deserves a raise and a promotion . I went in because my I was having issues allowing permissions to allow the DMV to take a picture for a drivers license renewal and she not only knew exactly why it was not working she fixed it then literally helped me get through the DMV website and helped me get done . She saved me a day , was extremely polite and made suggestions bout my settings and other issues. Previous help form other people when I got m phone there was also excellent . I have been to many US cellular stores in the past and this is the best by far .”
