“I was in the market to purchase a three-piece suit that would last me for many years for special occasions and the multiple weddings I've been asked to officiate. Lucca Men's Clothing caught my eye due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews and its relatively close distance to me.I went in to make an appointment, and Dar was helpful, quick, and to the point with the process. She'll let you know what she believes would look best, and was very meticulous about the measuring process to make sure that the fit was as close to perfect the first time around. And when my suit arrived, it felt and looked as great as I imagined! She helped explain anything that I'd may need to know about maintenance, and even recommended a trusted dry cleaner to ensure the longevity of the suit.I can say that the glowing reviews for this establishment is valid, and that Dar was a joy to talk to and work with in the making of my suit. I'll definitely return if I ever am in the market for a quality suit again.”

“Google asked me how my visit was...and I really had to think about it. When I walked into the East Town Mall Hot Topic....it felt more like a Lukewarm Conversation. Gone were the mall goth employees and black spiderweb windows that would drive fear into Suburban soccer mom's hearts. No longer were there aisles of CDs, records, or headphones to listen to HIM's newest music. Instead, racks of Spongebob and Naruto merchandise lined the middle tables, toys from all kinds of nostalgic 90's movies, and novelty t-shirts that seem more like "tepid topics" than anything current. I walked in very specifically because I had a gift exchange where the person wanted Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise...which is at the store in droves. Did I buy something? Sure did. Would I do it again? Tough to say... I can't think with the 13-year-old inside of me screaming that Hot Topic has become what it most feared -a poser.”

“This is a HUGE shout out to Janel! This was my first ever experience buying jeans in The Buckle. Janel saw that I was looking around, trying to find the jeans for us gals with a little more junk in the trunk.You see, I have a friend who told me Buckle Black Jeans = No back gap. (If you know you know).Anyway... I was in a bit of a hurry, and Janel loaded me up with a few options: Buckle Black and The Gabby.Holy Moses & Mother of Pearl. These jeans! “Rob Ringeisen has been MY clothing guy for almost 15 years now. Always easy to work with, has a great eye for what looks good on me, and always willing to work around my schedule to help me out. Never pushy, always patient. I have enjoyed every piece I have ordered over the years, whether full suits, dress shirts, slacks, or sport jackets. I am a big and tall guy and having my clothing fit for me is a must. Tom James closing is a must. I highly recommend Rob and the Tom James Company.”

“So I used to only go to focus across the street, but the owner is a bit temperamental, and even heckled me about things I wanted him to order me prepaid. Since the new pro skateboard manager Shawn has taken over at Zumiez it's the only place my son and I go, we spend a lot of money on boards, wheels, trucks, bushings, so forth. I make custom boards, bushings and even rails and other hardware, so take that into account here. Shawn has provided not only friendly customer service, making us all feel like family when we walk in each and every time, but true insight on the parts we buy, how they will ride, and tips on skating including the shoes we have bought. This man is a true treasure, and the best manager I've seen in any of the two Zumiez in town since 2008! Some of the managers in the past where very unwelcoming, I've since had my faith restored in this shop and it's now my favorite!”

“The East Springs Drive Old Navy store in Madison, WI, is a very organized, neat & well-stocked store. There is an employee there, Mary (I believe,) who always has the answer when I've asked her a question. I'm impressed with her knowledge & readiness with an answer. Plus, she has a smile & looks to be a hard worker.I had an error with an over-ring on an item purchased a few weeks ago but getting it re-rung & corrected was easy & painless.Old Navy is my go-to store for great prices on in-fashion jeans & seasonal wear for myself & gifts. Love all the Old Navy brand stores; The Gap, Banana Republic, etc.”

“Was always a fantastic experience when I went to rue21. Although it is always a joy to go there, the clothes are extremely expensive and you have to ask a staff member to unlock a dressing room for you. It is quite hard to ask a staff member to unlock something for you when you feel that you're annoying them and keeping them from their job. Anyways, I have put those perfume rollers on my lips before and was not a tasty experience.”

“I tried to make an exchange for an item I bought online. The cashier said they couldn’t exchange it in store or help me with the online exchange, since they didn’t have the product I wanted. “I'm not usually one to shop at Kohls, but we were on a mission to try and find 100% cotton sheet sets ( not easily found for lower class commoners j/k). My husband and I have been searching for a good set for a long time, after a little research we discovered that Kohl's actually carries well made 100% cotton bedding! So, stepping into this store for the first time was a lil daunting, I've always heard it was fancy. Not only was it sort of fancy, but I didn't go broke purchasing a new sheet set! I was so surprised at how affordable it was, that we were even able to get a whole other set! The store was very clean, the employees were friendly and helpful and I loved the way they had some things displayed for the holidays! I will definitely be coming back here again!”
