“I have been looking for the Hey Dudes Wendy Milky Way White (cow print) shoe in a ladies size 11 for a gift and have been hitting all kinds of out of stock in that size. I even called Door County and looked at NC stores I visited.I decided to give Tradehome Shoes a shot even though the website said that the sizes 10 and 11 were no longer available. Called the Madison West side store and talked to Nate, the manager. He found a size 11 in Green Bay-YAY, but it would cost $10 more to ship to me.I called the GB Store and spoke to Russ. He gave me the price and said shipping was free!! Bonus...any order over $50 is free...He wasn't allowed to take my order with a credit card, new company policy.Called the East Towne store and spoke to Eric. He provided the BEST customer service, just like Russ. He explained the change in policy and what I could do to place the order. Confirmed a few things with him, and we placed my order. I am so happy with the service I received at the East Town store, and will go back with any of my shoe needs in the future.Thank you, Eric!!
