“Tailored hide is fantastic! I’ve gone there several times and their service has always been amazing! I dropped my Harley seat off in January to get it redone with leather and a gel pad in the seat, they said it wouldn’t be ready until April/may which is understandable giving the quality of their work but they called me Friday (way ahead of when they initially said I’d be done!!) to let me know it’s ready and it came out amazing! It’s way more comfortable and looks way better than it originally did! 10/10 will only go there for all my leather needs!”

“Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!”

“I have to say these guys are on their game! They are very friendly and I almost never wait more than a few minutes in line. HOWEVER there does seem to be a clique of about 3 people who NEVER help every time I am in there they are all circled together doing nothing. I give 5 stars to the people who actually do help because when they do they are fantastic.”

“Decently priced clothing store that has styles of all kinds.. great for getting some good clothes for not a lot of money or not breaking the bank. The staff are also pretty helpful. They have changing rooms and everything you'd need for new additions to your wardrobe.. I recommend stopping in if you're looking for some new clothes or shoes.”
“I visited yesterday evening (8-21-23) with my son, we had travelled over an hour to get to Fox River Mall and after already hitting the play center and lunch my son was way overtired and not behaving as well as he normally does. Being around that many people in that environment is hard enough for me but even more difficult with a child. Giving 5 stars to Emma personally, she approached me and asked if she could help me find anything, mentioning that she could see I was anxious. She continued to make conversation with me which helped a LOT, and even picked out a beautiful blue/green dress that she thought would look good on me (alas I’m short and it was way too long) comforted me with a hug, and gave my son a squishy frog to play with while I was in the dressing room trying stuff on. An actual angel on earth who does way more than her job requires and has a way with people. I appreciate your kindness and sympathy towards me”
“I usually struggle finding clothes that fit my style as I am non-binary and tend to go for neutral colors, but Sidney helped so much! She helped me find the most amazing dress I have ever tried on, and a top that I felt confident in! “Selection and size inclusiveness means both my teen daughter and I can find things to love here. Full price is a joke as at most stores but sales and clearance are good. We got a full bag of clothes last time for $60. (Jeans,a couple shirts, a dress shirt and a sweater.)”
