“I visited yesterday evening (8-21-23) with my son, we had travelled over an hour to get to Fox River Mall and after already hitting the play center and lunch my son was way overtired and not behaving as well as he normally does. Being around that many people in that environment is hard enough for me but even more difficult with a child. Giving 5 stars to Emma personally, she approached me and asked if she could help me find anything, mentioning that she could see I was anxious. She continued to make conversation with me which helped a LOT, and even picked out a beautiful blue/green dress that she thought would look good on me (alas I’m short and it was way too long) comforted me with a hug, and gave my son a squishy frog to play with while I was in the dressing room trying stuff on. An actual angel on earth who does way more than her job requires and has a way with people. I appreciate your kindness and sympathy towards me”

HOWEVER there does seem to be a clique of about 3 people who NEVER help every time I am in there they are all circled together doing nothing. “The manager, Angela, was extra thoughtful in the store when I was shopping. She went above my expectations and made me feel welcomed without the pressure of having to purchase. She gave me space and offered fitting rooms to not just me but the other customers in the store as well. She made sure I was able to use all my coupons and discounts, even ones I didn’t know I had! “I have to say that I think Hollister is the one, and only, place the quality of merchandise is worth the price on the tag. The material is thicker, not to mention incredibly soft - who wouldn't feel good wearing that, and it holds up. I shop for my three sons, 18, 16, and 12. If I were skinnier, and 30 years younger, I'd shop here for myself. As it is, I do get to shop the girls side with my friend when shopping for her daughter. Great clothing as for style, but from a mom POV, great materials! The quality is what keeps me coming back. PLEASE, please don't ever give up your quality of materials!”

There are very few instances where I haven't been able to find a product I was looking for or there were any complications with the experience. The restrooms, however, leave plenty to be desired and could use more sanitation. Otherwise, it's a good place to shop.”
