She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. “I was with Tracfone for over a decade but something went wrong recently. My phone suddenly stopped working, and I spent hours online with their tech support department, and they gave me the run around, cut me off, and locked up my phone even though my bill was paid. I gave up after five hours and the next day went to Cricket to get a new phone, the whole ordeal with the Clerk trying to get the transfer pin from Trac to get my new service activated with Cricket took 4 hours, and Trac jerked the clerk around. The clerk was there for me the whole time, and got my new service hooked up, activated, a new phone and plan, and no data was lost. Plus, this phone is much faster and has much more features and data space. I appreciate the good service and wish they have a brick and mortar store at a downtown State St. location as well.”

The first time I arrived at the store yesterday, another rep was helping me. He was the worst. He was a complete jerk. You could tell he didn't want to be at work- but that's not the Customers fault.
I left pissed. I went to find a phone to start my insurance claim and came back to the store desperately, because in the Medical Field and being on call you need a PHONE!
