Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic took the old filter off and forgot to put a new one back on. He did call later and tell me to bring the truck back in to put one on. His excuse was he had a brain fart. I think this was very unprofessional. They didn't even offer a coupon for my troubles.
