I got into an ordeal with my camper van that saw the all parties liable not wanting to take responsibility. My van ended up being at Macco for a couple months while all this mess was being sorted out. Not only did Macco provide fantastic work on my van but Mike went to bat for me, and was incredibly patient with my situation and tried to help me in every single way he could. I have never been treated more like a human and a friend by any other company in my life. When the unexpected happens that turns life a little chaotic, it was such a relief to be working with someone like Mike. While waiting for my car, I took a long walk in the nearby nature preserve. There's also a restaurant next-door. So, even though they have a waiting room, and a picnic table right outside, there are enjoyable ways to pass the time.”

“I visited this location on 3/1 and when I had arrive I saw that they were only doing exterior cleaning. I asked to speak to a manager. And she said that they were short staffed and that there were only a few team member that showed up for their shifts. So I told her that I was a member and that I’ve been to this location about 5-6 times to get an interior cleaning and have only gotten one cleaning. I want to acknowledge the female manager who was very understanding and super professional. My only suggestion is maybe post online that interior cleaning are close so guest don’t have to come all the way out just to turn back around”
