“We went to Lynch Auto Body with body damage from a run in with a deer. From the very beginning Tim was friendly and helpful. He was able to get our car in driving condition quickly and then made the body repairs once all parts were in a few weeks later. Our car looks brand new! You would never know that there was any damage and I cannot express how happy we are with the body work that was done!”

Much quicker availability than other shops I called, and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Once my vehicle was deemed total loss and I decided to pay OOP, Bubba worked with me to customize what/how it was repaired. I also appreciated the frequent text updates.The only minor issue (reason for a "4.5") was that once I drove away I quickly noticed the blinker of the headlamp that was replaced (one small part of a lot of otherwise great work done) did not work. I confirmed that neither blinker or headlamp worked, checked fuses, etc. I called them and they fixed it that same day (turns out the pins in the electrical connections didn't quite line up). I was very satisfied with the quickness that they resolved the issue, but ideally the lights should have been checked before releasing the vehicle. “After reading all of the reviews online we were very concerned with taking our car to Gerber but the insurance recommended them. Much to our surprise we had a great experience. We received a call from Gerber right after the insurance claim was filed. Gerber scheduled our estimate within a week of that call. We took the vehicle in for the estimate which took a few short minutes to review the damage with Sydni our estimator. She emailed the estimate within a very short time. We scheduled the work for the first of the week following the estimate. The vehicle was dropped off on Monday, we got an update on Tuesday via text that our vehicle was on track to be completed on Thursday as promised. On Thursday morning we received a text that they were finishing up and to expect a text to coordinate to pick up the vehicle. By early afternoon the vehicle was confirmed to be finished and ready for pick up. The gentleman showed us the work that was completed and the warranty packet and we were on the way. Sydni our estimator was great. She answered questions as they arose and was very professional. We had asked her about polishing our headlight lensesand she said they could do that but most of the time they cloud back up. Low and behold she had them polished for us as a courtesy. After our experience with replacing a front bumper we would return again and recommend them to others. Thank you!”

He took care of everything and returned my keys when completed. Great technician if you can be flexible.”
