“I kind of wish they had tiny little carts so my son wasn't running around. I held him most of the time but he is 20lbs and it gets tiring. The selection was pretty good but not many gender neutral items. The cashier didn't seem to have advice on what sizes would work, as if she didn't have kids which seems odd when I think about it. Most things were on sale which kept the price down. I got 3 winter pajamas, a pack of 6 pairs of socks, and a water bottle for $50.”

“The East Springs Drive Old Navy store in Madison, WI, is a very organized, neat & well-stocked store. There is an employee there, Mary (I believe,) who always has the answer when I've asked her a question. I'm impressed with her knowledge & readiness with an answer. Plus, she has a smile & looks to be a hard worker.I had an error with an over-ring on an item purchased a few weeks ago but getting it re-rung & corrected was easy & painless.Old Navy is my go-to store for great prices on in-fashion jeans & seasonal wear for myself & gifts. Love all the Old Navy brand stores; The Gap, Banana Republic, etc.”

“Went to Old Navy to do some Christmas shopping for my family with my wife. The clothes are generally pretty high quality with very reasonable prices. It's usually pretty busy in there, so it's generally takes a while to check out. The sales staff is very helpful.”

“Our daughter got married two years ago and I needed a suit for her wedding, didn't want to spend alot on a suit that only gets worn only for special occasions, so started looking for pants and a jacket that would go together. I found pants, shirt, tie and jacket there all for under $200 and my wife loves the way I look in it and our daughter said I looked good too.”

“We had never been here before though we had seen the ads everyday in the newspaper. We were running errands at Hilldale and stopped in since I was having a hard time finding a comfortable casual shoe. It was a weekday but there was a steady stream of customers. After browsing some of the displays and choking on some of the prices. $450 for some ugly casual German shoes!!! I was skeptical. I decided to dive in and get some help. It turns out it was one of the co-owners who helped us. It was if I was being consulted by a podiatrist. I later learned that a few of the employees are certified pedorthists. I have never encountered such a process at a shoe store. I learned a lot about my feet. I did find a pair of shoes that fit my feet and my needs and my price point. I am not sure every employee would give this level of service or have this expertise but I will return. Oh yeah - the prices keep this from being a 5 star review.”
