“Noelle Gilliam was awesome! She had a trainee on-site with very little knowledge so she was handling 95% of the customers' request by herself. She was very calm, helpful and knowledgeable. She made my family and I very welcome. Friendly and interactive. Nice smile. I felt bad for her as the couple before us and one of the phones we were buying were not working out well as the Samsung transfer software wouldn't connect and she had to do one of our phones the slower way. She didn't show her frustration at all and handled it like the star she is. Noelle is an asset to US Celluar and she represents you extremely well. She is a rock star!”

“Went to this location with an issue with my Hotspot on my cell. Mind you I spoke with customer service for 2 days and went to multiple locations that were not able to help me with my issue. Unbelievably MJ and Joe here at this location were able to assist me right away and clear my issue within like 3minutes. “I entered this store irate because of so many charges that I was unaware of on my bill so I came to this location to find out what was going on with my bill. The gentleman Nick had to be the most outstanding, compassionate, outstanding, and by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did he correct the mistakes by the previous salesperson he was able to get my charges pro rated after making numerous calls talking to different agents and wait on other customers in the store at the same time which make his customer service outstanding no cap!!!”

“My daughter Jessica & myself Doug Hoskins stopped at the new Berlin store and were greeted by Ron Baker. Mr Baker was very congenial, knowledgeable & patient with us. I'm not very computer literate & Mr Baker took the time to explain things to me so I could understand. I ended up purchasing a new phone & am very happy I did! It took Ron about an hour to transfer my data because my old phone was so overfull & screwed up. It was a VERY positive experience. Ron called me a week later to see how I was doing with my new phone, which I appreciated. Great customer service! Great employee!”

Not only was he quick, acknowledgable, and efficient, resolving ALL of the issues I came into the store with, and resolving them so I don't have those issues in the future, he was just a genuinely kind and friendly dude. He helped me with my anxiety, and talked me through some other issues I had experienced with my devices not working properly. I am NOT tech savvy, and hate being talked down to, which happens often, but I will be searching out Kenneth for any future issues/ upgrades, ect. I have in the future, simply because of how nice he is. Thank you again, Kenneth. I love you!! ?”
