“We have been purchasing appliances from Grand for almost 20 years. Our recent visit to the showroom on Burleigh was consistent with other experiences. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for, 'front load washers and dryers'. She explained where they were and she would have someone help us shortly. Within a couple of minutes Kevin greeted us and proceeded to answer our questions and explain some of the newest features. After narrowing it down to two we decided on the GE 5.0 cu ft front load steam washer and dryer in graphite (very sexy looking machines I might add). Since our dryer was out of commission it was reassuring to know that they could deliver them on Tuesday (it was Saturday). We needed delivery, setup and our old appliances disposed of properly. We were in and out in about an hour. I Received a text on Monday confirming Tuesdays delivery time and Tuesday morning the big white truck was in front of my house. Jose and his associate came in our house assessed the situation and got right to work. They were professional, thorough and respectful. Grand is a Midwest owned company and has a warehouse in Sturtevant which makes for a quick turn around on many appliances. Their prices have always been competitive and I will continue to purchase from Grand.”

“Went to this location with an issue with my Hotspot on my cell. Mind you I spoke with customer service for 2 days and went to multiple locations that were not able to help me with my issue. Unbelievably MJ and Joe here at this location were able to assist me right away and clear my issue within like 3minutes. I'm not very computer literate & Mr Baker took the time to explain things to me so I could understand. I ended up purchasing a new phone & am very happy I did! It took Ron about an hour to transfer my data because my old phone was so overfull & screwed up. It was a VERY positive experience. Ron called me a week later to see how I was doing with my new phone, which I appreciated. Great customer service! Great employee!”

The atmosphere in the store is welcoming, neat, and the layout of the store shows me that every detail is thought through to make the user experience relaxing. What I found truly helpful is their app that allows you to find the item, the isle, the availability, and coupons/discounts that I can use on my purchase. This Target app definitely sets them apart from their top competitors. It is super convenient to scan your barcode and gain these rewards, but for me it is almost impossible to even access the app when I am at the Target near my house. The building is almost a deadzone when it comes to cell service and because of this I have lost many possible rewards and savings, which is pretty disappointing. If there could be a solution to either the lack of cell service or the inability to access the app when offline, that would make the Target experience a lot better.”

“It's a place I can go to get unlocked, my current is dying. I get all my electronics from them! They're a great store with a lot of variety, especially if you're looking for unlocked cell phones. Now I need to get to The Geek Squad to transfer the information from my old phone to my phone. Very nice employees, it was super busy but they took care of me very quickly!”
