“I love this place. Yes, the games cost a bit more than Target or another big box store, BUT you're supporting the local community. And they have good variety. Even better, they have a great space in the back for gaming. My teen spends time here with friends playing games and afterwards they grab a snack from the co-op grocery store. Much better than getting into shenanigans.”
“I shopped yesterday at the store, as a first time buyer. The infant clothing was in perfect condition and very affordable. I was really impressed. The owner was very nice and even asked about the new mother. I’ll be back.”

“Hello people, I and my Kids can't stop going to this store' they have very good quality toys and prices are very fair' store is very clean, inside smells better than the malls halls, everything is organized well, the guy works in the cashier(colorful eyes) I think his name is Anicam I am not 100 percent sure I asked him once his name, very professional and polite guy, one time toy wasnt good condition we wanted to exchange, he never hesitated, helped us out Right away, I tell everybody around me to come check this store out, I am very satisfied with the goods and services :)”

“We were fortunate enough to work with Melissa.It was a long weekend of celebrating our 2-year-old son. Grandma drove back from Florida to be with us and she, my wife, and I arrived within 10 minutes of closing and she had 2 or 3 children ahead of us.In between working with the other families, she greeted us and our son with high, positive energy, and gave him the cute paper hat/crown while we waited our turn.She showed no signs of fatigue or impatience - I feel like if it were anywhere else they'd tell you "sorry we're closed" or "we won't be able to get to you today, our hours tomorrow are..." NOT Melissa! :)I hope Build-A-Bear corporate sees this to know that she is one of their best hires.Speaking for myself, I was a bit wound up and stressed (don't ask why - mom and grandma do all the heavy lifting) but Melissa's positive attitude and willingness to stay late to create such an awesome experience for our son meant so much to us and relieved the tension I was feeling.If you come here, it doesn't hurt to ask if Melissa working :)”

“I love it! I turned in my Lego star wars minifigures for some awesome sets that were discontinued recently! I wouldn't suggest going here for buying new sets, but they will gladly take any Lego sets you have!!! Nice staff, and they have a massive table for buying bulk pieces! 6/5!”
