Tarah was cordial but alone and qiosk wasn't working. Took me 15 mins to turn in a piece of equipment and I was the 2nd customer. Not as prompt as I expected or in past store experiences.

Was fully expecting returning old equipment to be a hassle and major effort. Took less than 3 minutes, and the customer service was fantastic. Well maintained store. Great staff.

We had a great experience with their employee Mike. Upgrading our phones & joining their mobile carrier was a breeze. We are also Spectrum Internet users; no issues.
