He has patience and goes beyond what is expected of him by his company. He even had a few solutions so that we can view Netflix with ads since out TV doesn't have compatible updates to allow us to view it. We visited the store on Sunday, 2/11/24. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already.
