“I went to ubreakifix after work to get my phone charger cleaned only to find a long line. I was expecting to wait around for 30 min or longer but to my surprise I saw the ubreakifix team handle every customer efficiently and professionally. I reached the front of the line very fast and my personal repair took them less than a minute. I would personally like to thank Rychard and the rest of the team for acting quick while still providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I will return next time I have a issue and I will also recommend to my friends and family.”

“After saying I would never need a phone one because I don't need people to know where I am every day /timed and I have minimal friends. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already.
