My appt was scheduled for an estimate, however they completed the full repair during that appt. The staff were so kind and I will refer everyone here.”

“Dealership had check wheel bearings. Had a humming noise I believed to be wheel bearings. Told me it was my steering rail and not the wheel bearings and said wheel bearings were not loose. Steering rails don't hum with speed. Brought truck to DC Auto and verified that indeed 1 front wheel bearing was loose and the other was just loud. Mechanics at dealerships just trained to plug into the computer to troubleshoot. Mechanics at DC Auto actually do mechanic work and look at the mechanics of the vehicle.”

“My wife and I were traveling in our Mercedes Sprinter RV and got stranded in WI on a Friday. Worked with Mercedes roadside service to get a tow to Bergstrom Mercedes-Benz and arrived later in the evening. Saturday morning went in and talked to Robb in sales, service was closed, who was super helpful and made sure to look out for our van (our traveling tiny home!) and communicate with the staff our situation. Monday morning reached out to Hailey in service and she was the consummate professional! Helpful, empathetic, and calming - because you know when you're stranded on a cross-country trip it can be rather stressful. Hailey was able to work us into their service schedule Monday and had our van done and back on the road early Tuesday morning!!! What a great service experience in what could have been an epic mess.Thanks to Robb, Hailey, and the entire Bergstrom team for really taking care of us and an outstanding job - both in terms of customer service and fixing our ride.
