They straightened out my truck and trailer in April '23, which took most of the day, as every axle was off. A few months goes by and rough roads slid my left steer castor out enough to be noticeable. Once again, they straightened me out and got me back on the road in a few hours.”

We ended up leaving it there for a few more things that were missed, but they were very understanding, helpful, and courteous. He greeted me by name and was 100% organized and on top of things. I was NOT annoyed by no one knowing what was going on! He had this finesse about him and his attention to all the details was impeccable. I am highly impressed. While in body shop, I then purchased a new Atlas.This dealership is worth a drive. I honestly am still sort of surprised at how uncomplicated my experience was and that it was actually impressive. Way to go Bergstrom leadership for hiring the right employees and training them well!
