“The gentleman who runs this place is 100% honest, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced. I've had him service my vehicle twice, and each time, I've learned something beneficial. I waited for my vehicle today for a service and also a possible tire plug. What I experienced was a gentleman who was extremely well versed in vehicles, extremely customer oriented and flexible with his hours in accommodating his customers, AND HE TAKES TIME TO EDUCATE YOU!! He showed me something concerning, but done by the dealership from a previous service ( new vehicle, so maintenance is done by dealership(s) ?). The oil needed changing, and with no time to take it to one, "FOX AUTOMOTIVE" saved the day and informed me of damage that I wouldn't have been made aware of! Obviously, the dealership had no plans of telling me that they over tightened (SIGNIFICANTLY) a pretty important bolt. I feel this, coupled with actually over-inflated tires, he said to always look at the door panel for the correct PSI. After all this, he finished my vehicle in record time, under 40 minutes. Keep in mind, he's still answering the phone, waiting on customers.... He didn't have to do any of that. He is certified, and he DOES report maintenance to (Carfax, I think ?), so it will always show your updates on maintenance, etc.IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE, YOU MUST COME CHECK THEM OUT!!!P.S: It's the holidays, folks. Have peace of mind, with your family's safety, long-distance travels, surely no one wants to deal with the headaches of car trouble(s). Seriously, set up something soon with Fox Automotive. I was in and out, right away. Stay safe, and Happy Holidays!”
“Just went in for an estimate on tires. They are spot on with the big national chains but keep your spending local. Left with a printout of the estimate. They need 2 -3 days lead time to get them in.”
“This shop does great work. They are forthcoming with what needs to be done and what to anticipate in the future for repairs. They can do anything from an inspection or oil change to major repairs.”

IF YOUR CAR IS DISABLED AND YOU SEE THIS REVIEW, CALL LES FIRST, HE ANSWERS!Les was quick to answer at midnight on a freezing Monday after calling four other, nearer ‘24 hour’ towing services. He was there so quickly, he must have been on the road as soon as we hung up as well! Les took great care with our vehicle, and put me and my three kiddos in his clean truck, dropped our van at the dealership, then brought us to our nearby hotel. After our transmission blew out 400 miles from home in the middle of a 15 hour drive, ?, if you’re having a similar experience definitely give him a call! God bless Les!”

“These guys are truly amazing and awesome! Called about plugging in for a nail in my tread. Minutes later I drove by and they fixed my tire up like new! I waited maybe 10-15 minutes! If you ever watched Disneys Pixar Cars movie when McQueen is in the Pit getting tires changed. It kinda felt watching that and wow that was pretty quick and awesome! Silly yes but these guys get the job done! Highly recommend for all your tire needs!! Thanks guys!”

“10/15/23Eric helped us last night with our flat tire…he saw us at the Flying J where NONE of their air compressors were working. He had us follow him to his shop where he filled our tire and checked our lug nuts. Then he wouldn’t take a thing for the time and trouble we caused him! We were on our way home to Greenville, Va from New Jersey and I was so tired and also sick! He helped my husband and we are so grateful. Thank you Eric! If we lived up there, we would definitely use your shop!”
“Called these guys pretty upset after being treated horribly elsewhere and I will never regret it! Not only was I treated with respect and empathy over the phone, they were also able to schedule me a week out. I advised him of the noises coming from what I thought was the front driver's side wheel bearings of my class C RV and that I was worried one broke but I was parked and secure. He advised me up front of the different possibilities of time frames based on possible issues and of his hourly rate. Appointment day came and him and his guys were just as respectful and courteous in person. Turns out the inner back wheelwas flat and rubbing on its outer wheel. One hour later and a replacement tire and I've been fine ever since. As a single widow with PTSD it is absolutely imperative I feel safe, comfortable and not taken advantage of and these guys checked all boxes. Definitely using them for all future needs and would highly recommend. 10 stars.Service: Tires”

“CMA’S Toyota of Martinsburg, WV had the exact truck we were looking for. We purchased a Toyota Tundra 4x4 1794 Edition, Crewmax in Smoked Mesquite. When sunlight hits the paint it sparkles. The staff at the dealership made our purchase very easy and very relaxed. Our salesman was Rudy who was totally awesome. He is pictured standing by our new truck. We really recommend asking for him. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with us, explained everything so well and even mentioned things we had not thought of. He drove us home so we could bring 1 of 2 older vehicles back we were trading. There was no pressure only a desire to see us with the vehicle that was the right fit for us.Jonathan, sales manager worked with us to give us a fair price for our trades and the price on the truck. Again no pressure and very nice.We again had no pressure from Garland, finance manager who explained about extended warranties and other options available prior to finalizing the sale. He also was extremely knowledgeable, very nice and again patient in answering questions.The one word that was mentioned a lot by Rudy, Jonathan and Garland was they wanted to be completely “transparent” and they were - 100%.”

“I called Buettner's because the "low tire pressure' alert light was on my dash. I had tried to correct it myself by checking the tire pressure and adding air to the tires, but the alert was still on the dash. They said to swing by at my convenience... no appointment necessary. They would check the tire pressure and if there was a problem, we would go from there. They checked the tire pressure and adjusted it correctly. They then took it for a drive because they said it would need to be driven about 3 miles to reset, and there was no charge!! I couldn't be more happy with their service and their help and their kindness.”

“Our RV broke down and they sent a service technician to us. Great service. He came and said it looks like the alternator and jump the batteries enough that we were able to drive the few miles to their shop. Once there they called a few hotels in the area and found one that would take us and our 3 big dogs. Then they drove us to the hotel! Above and beyond customer service. Thank you Guy and Jenny for your help!”
