“I always have a great experience with NW Plaza Coin Buyers. I've visited three times, and it is always a great experience. You can set up an appointment or go to the shop. I felt safe knowing the owner had the doors locked while he worked on my project.The owner is always a delightful and knowledgeable man. He evaluates coins with speed, precision and enthusiasm. With each set of coins, he evaluated them for quality, and told me a price, which I then agreed to. Additionally, he kept a runing tally on an Excel spreadsheet while he was working. I could tell he enjoyed his work.I would definitely do business with NW Plaza Coin Buyers again. Thank you!”

The customer service is always great and everyone is always so friendly. The store has always been very clean and organized every time I've shopped there. “With a little of everything laid out in an organized fashion this store has pleasantly surprised me each time I've come looking for some random item. Compared to other large box store craft stores it's the customer service that earns my five stars. They patiently assist you with their app to insure you are getting all the discounts possible. They answer questions kindly and are willing to help you search for items if needed. For those of you in a hurry they have many self check out registers available as well. There is always a large variety of seasonal items, but that doesn't mean they decrease regular stock items either. I've been to many different Michael's, in many different cities, but this particular store's consistent outstanding customer service made me stop during my busy day to give it a much deserved shout out. Thanks!!!”

“Super friendly game shop where the employees not only want to be there but actually want to answer your questions and assist you in finding what you're looking for. They've got an amazing selection from new to used, and they're used stuff is priced to move, not to sit on their shelves and collect dust. They got everything from Warhammer 40K all the way down to fancy decks of cards for solitaire. If you need a new figure to round out your army or some new dice that aren't going to keep rolling bad for you, this is definitely a place to come and to start your shopping at.Witnessed a customer point out that figures they were selling didn't have their bases with them and where other shops would have come up with some excuse and then made you pay separately for them they apologized went into the back grabbed what was needed and finished ringing them up.The only concern are their customers aren't as friendly as the employees. One young man kept yelling at people who would stop and take a look at his army as he was setting up telling people not to get so close and not to linger. It's also kind of cramped in there, so be ready to smell all the grossness on the unwashed masses that are slowly coming out of their parents' basement to come into the public for a few hours.Don't hold their customers against them this shop deserves your business way more than GameWorks or most game shops in the Portland area.”
