“I stopped by shortly before Christmas and was looking for some supplies for making Japanese fish prints. One of the employees spent about ten minutes helping me find what I wanted and was able to explain details about the purchases as I am not an artist.Products are high quality and they have most of what an artist needs. They are helpful and knowledgeable and willing to take time to help customers.”

“It's primarily a comic book store, but they do have nice offerings of figurines and posters too. I do like that they sell Japanese products too, like manga and anime figures. They also sell sealed trading card products (they don't sell singles). Staff is very nice too!”

“Fair and patient with everything I brought it and it was a lot! Made my experience super easy, so much so I sent my mother in law there with coins she had found of her moms and to her surprise that had more value than she had realized. 5 stars for 2 satisfied customers!”

“This review is for the super awesome customer service that Sydney gave us today. She had a line of customers and some "you scan" stations with lots of questions and she kept her cool and was attentive and helpful to everyone. She is an efficient worker and has excellent customer service skills, very rare.”

“Michaels, in general, could do better. All of their buildings tend to feel a bit dingy and depressing to me. That being said, out of all the Michaels I've been to in the area, this is my favorite. They usually have all that I need (more than the rest) and I really appreciate the self checkout, since finding an employee that can help you is nearly impossible, seemingly due to constant understaffing. If you don't need help and you're just trying to get in, get out, then this would be my recommended craft store.”
