“Decent sized store. Not much of selection of hoodies or any outer active wear. Good selection of jean types for decent price. Had some cute pajama pants, but they weren't worth the 35 dollars for a light weight flannel that didn't seem like it would last long and was only the pants. Not even with pockets. The staff was nice and store was well kept.”

“So I didn't want to come here because of the reviews.But I was greeted with kindness, the buyer was cool, and I saw a bit if behind the scenes with their buying process.Part of the reason the process takes time, is they actively look up items on the internet to make sure they can even buy what people are trying to sell. Plus looking at price comparisons, imo to get the going rate for what they are buying.Tbh, this is fair and appreciated. “Nathalie is the sweetest person. Her smile lights up the room. She takes her time listening to what you want and makes sure you are happy with everything before leaving. Nathalie can do it all! She understands the human body better than anyone. She's hemmed pants for me, all the way to creating full custom pieces. I had her alter a dress full of sequence. You couldn't even tell it had been touched when she was done. It looked fabulous! I own 2 dresses and a wool coat of Nathalie's and it isn't enough! “Just came in to vans for the first time at The Tacoma Mall since moving from Seattle and I have to say I recieved the best and most outstanding help from and got to meet Matt as well! They’re super awesome and fun to chat with. Mel helped me so much and brought out around 7-8 pairs of shoes trying to find a good pair for me as I’ve never had a pair of vans, unfortunately they didn’t work out to my personal liking but even than I was beyond satisfied with the amount of help and kindness I got from these two associates. Definitely will be coming back and hopefully it’s for a pair of vans next time! :)”

“It was super busy, the line was long. One of my items, which was a clearance item, wouldn't scan. Upc was not found. Despite the people in line behind me complaining, my checker was amazing. He kept in good spirits, made jokes, and apologized to the line behind me numerous times. All with a smile on his face. I can't quite remember his name, it was unique, close to Travis. “My partner and I visit this store regularly. Recently I saw an advertisements for a pair of leggings I was interested in. As we entered the store an employee greeted us and asked if there was anything she could help with, I promptly pulled up the leggings to show her what we were looking for.She immediately identified that they weren't on the floor yet and asked what size, I was unsure of sizing and she processed that the leggings were for me and mentioned what size she thought I awould wear based on what size she wore.She then went back and grabbed a pair for us, and as we were looking at the clearance section mentioned it was an extra 70% off the red sticker price! We picked out a few items, including another pair of leggings because regular items were buy one get one 50% off. At the register we were assisted by Mary and I believe it was Carla who found the leggings for me. Thank you so much, you are always so wonderful!”
