“Bought my sofa fro Paty furniture in December. Of course the day it was to be delivered my phone was acting up so we couldn't communicate to verify that I was home. With my work schedule and an ice storm blocking the progress I was worried that I wouldn't get the sofa in time for Christmas. The store managers worked with me and my wacky work schedule until finally on Christmas Eve their super efficient delivery crew dropped off my sofa-literally a Christmas Eve gift. Paty furniture has a good selection of beautiful furnishings, affordable prices and a dedicated staff. I will most certainly shop with them again. “I love Macy’s, and the store in Tacoma has a lot of beautiful products. The customer service is also fantastic.
I was looking for a rice cooker and a couple of extra firm pillows from Macy’s. I was to get a couple of nice pillows, but the rice cooker I had to order it. I was able to order it in-store for home delivery, and the customer service rep helped me with it.
I’ll be shopping at this Macy’s again.”
