“I don't like writing reviews, because I rarely know what to say, but I had a great shopping visit and learned more about the mattresses I needed because of it. John was my salesperson, and I really appreciated his help. He helped me pick out a new mattress for my adjustable bed, (guest room), that I got from my father-in-law about 20 years ago.He taught me that the box frame that was on it was in such bad shape was because that box frames shouldn't be used at all with adjustable beds - which I wish had been told to my FIL when he bought it. A salesperson telling you "don't get this thing, you don't need it and it'll only make things worse?" Not a common event!I'm looking forward to the new mattress and more comfortable guests.Thank you, John!”

“Dina! Hands down has the most infectious personality! I came in before closing and was worried about being too indecisive & either walking away without a selection or keeping her past closing because of it. She is informative and very much a vibe! Never once came off as a someone just trying to make a profit & or someone who was reciting bulletin points of any mattress. My experience felt like I was just chatting with an old girlfriend about her new bed while we played catch up- just relaxed. Bought a bed I’ve been needing/wanting for years, and I’d do it again without hesitation if Dina is who’s selling it ?”

“Giving them 5 starts. My wife and I got a bunk bed for our boys here. Holds 3 beds and is super nice/sturdy! We've had it for about 2 years now. Very nice and sturdy still and the kids love it! Kids mattresses are affordable and honestly pretty comfortable for the price. We're going back soon to get 2 more mattresses as well!:)”

“Customer service center is great! Josh at Lakewood is so helpful! we purchased a couch had it delivered and it just didn't look right in our living room. Thank goodness we are able to choose a different one and have it delivered in a timely manner. The process was simple and overall great experience with them! I would recommend them.”

“We bought a reclining loveseat and sofa at the Puyallup Fair. The sales person was friendly and attentive and made the purchase quick and easy. We just got our furniture delivered today by Junior and Cesar who were AMAZING! They asked me where exactly I wanted the furniture placed and made sure each piece could be in the recline position without blocking the others. They also made sure the electronics worked before leaving. I appreciate their thoroughness. I would definitely buy from here again!”
