Ordered two leather chairs to be delivered. Cistro and the Linus Swivel Chair. The leather is so soft, great quality and very comfortable. Chairs were well packed.

By phone we ordered 2 chairs, the same as previously ordered. We wanted them fast, so we chose to pick up from their warehouse (near Tacoma, WA). Everything was very easy and efficient, from phone order to pickup. This is our 3rd order from this company, we have received excellent service every time.
