Completely unimpressed with the way this store is being ran. A complete mess AND rude employees. Consider new management and actually upholding the positive KIND Buckle culture.

I was helped right away by Hailey and she was super friendly UNTIL I decided to purchase 2 items instead of the 6 she recommended for me. After I checked out, she didn’t say “thank you” or “have a good day”. She just handed me my receipt and items and walked away. I’m really not sure if I will shop at a Buckle... read full comment

Worst customer service ever!! No Greeting , noone asked if we needed help as we walked in. Other customers in the srore also talking about how bad customer service is. One gal/worker sitting down another just standing on her phone! Ridiculous
