“I went inside to get change for public transit. The bank branch was very professional and looked like a commercial bank versus a consumer bank. The teller was very pleasant and accommodating, even though, I was a zero profit customer. Consistency in customer service is sure tale sign of overall branch management. My rating reflects a positive experience but since not so substantive, I reserve the last star until I transact some more meaningful business there.”

I had the pleasure of working with Jonzio, where do I begin. He was such a pleasure to work with. US Bank has been the only bank that made me feel like my business is appreciated, that I had a one on one person like Jonzio to come to if I need anything or have any questions. These days personal service like that is hard to find, especially in the banking sector. It is great to not have to call a 800 number and talk to a stranger about my money, there is someone committed to help in any way possible. “All my direct deposits are released as soon as they receive it (usually by 8:30 am PST for me). On average, I receive my paychecks four business days in advance; and even earlier, during the holidays, not later, as many other institutions practice. The tellers, whether experienced or not, are highly qualified subject experts in matters concerning most/all of my financial needs; and this is what I liked second to most: if Anyone, whether teller or manager does not know an answer, they ask the right individual (no matter what status) the appropriate inquiry to their craft- THEY GET THE RIGHT ANSWER FOR YOU, and not a load of useless waste (who likes their time wasted, also). WHAT I LIKE MOST: is their continual cheerful and polite customer service; and my, it takes you back, and causes you to check your demeanor and mannerisms. These professionals are people, who have real lives as we all do; and they keep it together, every time.”

The first branch I went to which is my usual branch had a banker not show up so there would not be anyone available to help me until after my signing appointment. I went to the 6th ave branch and Marisabelle (manager) was kind enough to complete this for me and make sure the transfer went through before I left.
