Was forced to purchase a car protection plan that included bug and tar removal. Now when it comes to performing this task they deny that it part of the plan. It was confirmed with questions over 5 times that this was included. I don't feel they stand by their word even on something as small as this

Dropped the car off for a scheduled service which appears to have gone smooth, receives the car back with oily greasy hand prints all along the hood, door frame and interior. I’m not very happy about that and expect much higher quality from a Lexus dealer.
