“I called and spoke with Brenda Friday, day after Thanksgiving. She took details of the vehicle and about the sunroof issue which was flapping in the wind, thought we were going to see it flying off the rear view mirror at the rate of the noise it was making. She called me back no more than 10mins later and gave me an appointment when the technician was going to be available and she followed that up with very detailed directions to their location ??When we arrived, David took a glance and within no time he grabbed the tools he needed and started to fix the issue, explaining along what he was doing.The price was also great, Brenda issued my receipt and we were back on the road in about 40 minutes total. Great people and great service ??”

“An honest mechanic who stands by his work. The timing chain guides on my truck broke and I was having oil pressure issues in the engine head. He quoted the necessary parts and then made an appointment for me to come in for the repair. After returning to pick up my truck he showed me the broken components that were replaced and explained the repairs. Shortly after, a gasket that was removed as part of the original repair started leaking. I brought my vehicle back in, and he indicated it was likely knicked when reinstalling the head. Set up another date time for me to come by and took care of it right away without further issue. Appreciate your good work and honesty auto doc!”

O'Reilly has become my go to place for the basics. I usually purchase my fluids there and most recently bought a battery. For more critical, big ticket items I go up the street to NAPA. But for the simple or quick I don't hesitate to go here. The people behind the counter are super friendly and helpful. They will often come out from behind the counter to show me where thinga are instead of just pointing. And they loan tools and do simple tests for free. I find their rewards program worth the marketing email.”

“Ordered a Putco front Ford badge from ultimate truck in December the hardware in package was previously used .. included with the led ford emblem are 3 threaded rods and nuts to to install emblem on grille.. well I should’ve sent the item back but shame on me because I attempted to use the stripped rods ...So when I went to tighten emblem the nut seized on stripped threading... which caused the emblem to crack.. called ultimate truck and the guy I spoke with told me to file a warranty. So I did and it was approved ... Problem is I still haven’t not received the new emblem 4 months later.. hard lesson on my part but bad business on ultimate truck for sending used hardware...160 dollars flushed down the toilet..Putco has yet to ship new emblem when it should of shipped on February 2ndReview edited on 4/28/21 : I spoke with the regional sales director from Putco Alphonso. I understand why he has the position he does because he spoke to me with respect and Helped me resolve my problem.”

“My son was in a fender bender that required some pretty significant subframe repair before we could ever hope to get all the body panels to line up and fit. Dave charged us a fair rate and was able to straighten everything out and fit a new hood, fender, bumper, lights, etc on so well that it looked as good as when it came out of the factory. He did it all in a couple days and is hands down one of the most reputable body/frame repair professionals I have ever ran across. I can not highly enough recommend him and his business.”

Only to find out there was no scheduled appointment. However, After talking to a representaticenter cube.They squeeze me in at three o'clon tuesday afternoon. I actually arrived half hour earlier than I expected...
