“I stopped in to inquire about noisy breaks and make an appointment if needed to fix it. They drove my car for a minute and said they wanted to fix it asap. They gave me a shuttle ride and all the work was done by the time I was off work. The work is updated with photos to my phone via text. Also love the coupon mailers they send out.”

“If there was an option for 10 stars I would!!! I cannot rave about Botzon’s enough. They are truly great mechanics, with an immaculate expertise, trustworthy reliable service, honest service, and fair affordable prices. (Additionally, just out of them being awesome, they’ve also repaired my cornering light, and given me a new key fob battery for free before!) My 2013 VW is in great shape because of these folks, and even if other mechanics are less out of the way, or cheaper, I refuse to get my care taken care of by anyone else! These folks just do an amazing job, they are also pretty darn good about answering the phones, and whenever I’ve asked for a rough price estimate over the phone when scheduling, it’s always a good price, and pretty darn accurate and quick. “I called and spoke with Brenda Friday, day after Thanksgiving. She took details of the vehicle and about the sunroof issue which was flapping in the wind, thought we were going to see it flying off the rear view mirror at the rate of the noise it was making. She called me back no more than 10mins later and gave me an appointment when the technician was going to be available and she followed that up with very detailed directions to their location ??When we arrived, David took a glance and within no time he grabbed the tools he needed and started to fix the issue, explaining along what he was doing.The price was also great, Brenda issued my receipt and we were back on the road in about 40 minutes total. “My classic mustang was rear ended. It had been restored 30 years ago. I was worried about paint match and striping. Andy's was not able to get it in right away but got it started when they said they would. They did a fantastic job. There were reflective factory stripes that had to be custom made, and specific paint for the deck lid. Their work was spot on. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to pay anything for the body work. I also had them look at the carburetor that had been worked in previously but still wasn't quite right. Because of their deep knowledge of mustangs they were able to spot the incorrect part the previous shop used and get the car running like a top! I would recommend them to everyone needing classic mustang repairs.”

“I had some unusual grinding noises, I figured I was turning my rotors unintentionally so I called golden rule and explained my problem and dropped it off at 9 pm on Wednesday night and received a message stating what exactly is wrong and was able to accept the repairs through text message and I called to confirm they received my approved repairs and said they did. My truck was done within a few hours and picked up my truck on Thursday night. Paid over the security message and was seamless and easy. Definitely will recommend golden rule to anyone that asks where they should go for issues with brakes and sensors. Exactly what I needed and fast to get my truck up and running again”
“An honest mechanic who stands by his work. The timing chain guides on my truck broke and I was having oil pressure issues in the engine head. He quoted the necessary parts and then made an appointment for me to come in for the repair. After returning to pick up my truck he showed me the broken components that were replaced and explained the repairs. Shortly after, a gasket that was removed as part of the original repair started leaking. I brought my vehicle back in, and he indicated it was likely knicked when reinstalling the head. Set up another date time for me to come by and took care of it right away without further issue. Appreciate your good work and honesty auto doc!”

“I brought my car in to NW Automotive when the check engine light came on and the car was riding rough. It didn't feel safe enough to drive to a free check store like AutoZone, so I opted to go straight to a mechanic. I had never been in before. The gentleman who helped me, Steve, was very friendly and welcoming. His colleague, Jim, worked on my car. I expected to be waiting several days, having been told they were booked quite a ways up, but to my surprise I got a call the next day with a diagnostic and a fair quote. I asked them to proceed with repairs. That night they called back and said my car was good to go! Car services are so dependent on what's going on with it, so who knows if my car will be repaired so promptly in the future, but I will be taking it back to NW Auto for their friendly service, clear communication, and fair prices.
