“I had purchased headlights for my Kia Forte back in April of 2023. Somehow in November 2023 they got burnt out. Luckily I kept the receipt and went back to Batteries Plus with my old box and bulbs. The manager was able to help me get a replacement set since the lights were under a two year warranty. He was able to help me out and give me new lights so I didn’t have to go online through the manufacturer website and wait. He and the associate were very nice and helpful. Really appreciate the service and the ability to help me with my problem quickly. Will be coming back for another other needs.”

The owner is a good guy, and his wife is a good helper. One of the best aspects of this business is that the owner is a VETERAN! Patronize this man! I at first thought to take it to geek squad or something similar, but when I saw the prices I figured it would be best to find a better option. I decided to give them a call and ask them about prices and when could we could bring the PC. The person on the other end explained everything about prices and services well, so we decided to bring the PC to them for a repair and factory reset. Not only did they repair my PC in a very short time, but they also upgraded it! They replaced my 500gb ssd with a 1TB one. I was very happy about this repair, and that I could finally use my PC again. It all was for only under 150$, which is amazing price comparing it to geek squad.
