“I had purchased headlights for my Kia Forte back in April of 2023. Somehow in November 2023 they got burnt out. Luckily I kept the receipt and went back to Batteries Plus with my old box and bulbs. The manager was able to help me get a replacement set since the lights were under a two year warranty. He was able to help me out and give me new lights so I didn’t have to go online through the manufacturer website and wait. He and the associate were very nice and helpful. Really appreciate the service and the ability to help me with my problem quickly. Will be coming back for another other needs.”

“Amazing service. Our truck died during a car cruise, I wasn't sure their hours so called just to see if they could help. Someone answered offering any help possible, going to extra lengths to offer anything they could to get us home safe even hours after they officially closed. “Tiffany was my savior when my flashing engine light came on at 7p on Labor Day towards the end of an 8-hour road trip and no other nearby shop would run diagnostics. "We don't go outside at night because it's a bad area" said at least one grown man at a different shop to a panicking 20-something year-old woman stranded over an hour from home just as the sun was beginning to set. Meanwhile, Tiffany came out and helped without a second thought (even as it ACTUALLY grew dark outside). She knew almost immediately what we were dealing with, and discussed the issues -- known engine manufacturing issues with Hyundais, buyers beware! -- with me, pulled up the technical service bulletins and walked me through some of the info there, recommended a handful of local mechanics, commiserated, and helped make sure I could get home safely and knew what my next steps were! She turned a frightening situation into something manageable -- genuinely a hero!”

The most recent time, the lady calmed me down, helped me pick the best options for my best situation and also helped me put oil in my car. She was helpful, friendly and compassionate.
