“I had purchased headlights for my Kia Forte back in April of 2023. Somehow in November 2023 they got burnt out. Luckily I kept the receipt and went back to Batteries Plus with my old box and bulbs. The manager was able to help me get a replacement set since the lights were under a two year warranty. He was able to help me out and give me new lights so I didn’t have to go online through the manufacturer website and wait. He and the associate were very nice and helpful. Really appreciate the service and the ability to help me with my problem quickly. Will be coming back for another other needs.”
