“I visited this location today to transfer everything from mine and my husbands old phones to their new ones. The service, dedication and patience to ensure that the transfers went through successfully was the best experience I’ve ever had. Our new phones encountered many updates and setbacks with transferring to the new phone. Our rep did everything he could to get the new phones set up successfully and everything that we needed transferred over. They were researching and troubleshooting non-stop to make sure everything was done correctly. I can’t thank them enough for helping us today. “You know the people here are so nice and help you anyway they can.As far as boost mobile I have nothing good to say about that company.Went through boost mobile for 13 years never received one free phone.Phone gets stolened and don't think they can help you because they wont.This store should go through a better phone service or I would give them 5 stars but since boost mobile involved only 4.”

Katlyn explained how it worked. I am still waiting for the ability to enter the code she gave me but hopefully, AT&T will push out the old error code by tomorrow.”

“Tyler was extremely helpful when I came in with an issue. I went to the Everett AT&T location twice before this and they kept messing up my order for the new iPhone 15. I placed my order back in September and at the end of October I received a text that my order canceled when it should have shipped. Went back in to the store to find out the girl that helped me the first time put all of my information into the system incorrectly. It was just a mess. Once I went to this location, Tyler was quick to solve the issue and did everything perfectly. I got my new phone 2 days later!! I definitely recommend going to him for any help you need!!”
