The service, dedication and patience to ensure that the transfers went through successfully was the best experience I’ve ever had. Our new phones encountered many updates and setbacks with transferring to the new phone. Our rep did everything he could to get the new phones set up successfully and everything that we needed transferred over. They were researching and troubleshooting non-stop to make sure everything was done correctly. I can’t thank them enough for helping us today. “I went to this store around 4:30PM, 1/8/24. The first young man is not good. I just wanted to reactive the text feature again. But he said my plan can’t have that feature. He is leak of knowledge about ATT products. I had that feature before.Then I waited for other clerk to help me since I am 100% sure my plan has that feature. The second man are great. He is very knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars.”
